I'm using Windows 10 Build 16521.0 64-bit and tray status 3.1. I select to show notification when I key "Caps Lock" but nothing happens.

Sometimes on first installation, the system tray icon is in the hidden area of the system tray, accessible by clicking the "up" arrow next to the main tray icon area on the taskbar. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
If the icon is there, you can click and drag it down to the main tray icon area on the taskbar and it should stay there permanently. Hope that helps! • Attachment: 2017-08-01_13-53-39.png [13,315 bytes]

Ah, sorry about that! So just to double-check, you've got the "Show a Tray Notification when key status changes" option enabled in the TrayStatus Settings?
It's possible that Windows is hiding the toast notifications as well. Can you check this?

I checked all those and was already all enabled. Microsoft might had changed the way toast notification works. As I tried few other programs that is not from Microsoft that uses toast notification and same result. No toast notification

Tray notification has been working on Windows 10 Insider Build 16273 & 16275. Microsoft mentioned on Build 16273 changelog that it tray notification has been fixed. Where it wasn't working for non Microsoft programs.
