Microsoft might had changed the way toast notification works. As I tried few other programs that is not from Microsoft that uses toast notification and same result. So just to double-check, you've got the "Show a Tray Notification when key status changes" option enabled in the TrayStatus Settings?

It's possible that Windows is hiding the toast notifications as well. Can you check this?

• Open the Windows Settings app
• Go to System > Notifications & actions
• Is TrayStatus listed in the "Get notifications from these senders" section?

Please see the attached screenshot for reference.

If the icon is there, you can click and drag it down to the main tray icon area on the taskbar and it should stay there permanently.
