With CheckCentral it's possible to have check failures and warnings trigger automatic ticket creation in an external ticketing system. We support many products including Autotask, ConnectWise, Zendesk, and GitLab. Here's how it works:

• When a check's status changes from success to failure or warning, a new ticket is created.
• If another failure or warning activity arrives at the check, the ticket is updated with a new note.
• When the check moves from failure/warning back to success, the ticket is automatically closed.

Here are the steps to enable an external ticketing system in CheckCentral:

Note: You need Manager or Administrator permissions to add external ticketing systems to your CheckCentral organization.

1. On your CheckCentral dashboard, click Notifications > External Ticketing Systems.

2. Click the "Add Channel" link.

3. Choose the ticketing system from the dialog that opens.

4. Follow the directions in the dialog for that ticketing system.

5. In the "Check Groups" section, choose whether you want it available for all check groups, or specific groups only.

6. Make sure that "Enable this external ticketing system" is enabled, then click Save.

7. On the External Ticketing Systems page, click the checkmark icon for the ticketing system you just added to enable it for all checks in the check groups that you selected.

We're very excited to announce that DisplayFusion 10.0 Beta 1 is now available for download! The code editor for scripted functions is greatly improved in this version, and we've fixed a few minor bugs as well.

• Change: Much improved code editor for scripted functions.
• Fix: Windows 10 21H1 has a bug where the system tray icons and clock get messed up under these conditions: News and Interests button disabled with display scaling higher than 100%. To prevent this, DisplayFusion will no longer hook the taskbar when those conditions are detected.
• Fix: Chris TV app should now be correctly detected as full screen.
• Fix: Cinema 4D no longer crashes when DisplayFusion is running.
• Fix: Resolved an issue with logins for the Dropbox wallpaper plugin.
