Is it possible to see the status of my keys not in the status bar but on the screen?
My taskbar is hidden most of the time, then I can't see the icons on it unless I unhide it. In my case, I want to use this TrayStatus because my keyboard sometimes fails, the ctrl key gets stucked but yo don't notice instantly. If I'm working it's a great aid to see a message on the screen saying the ctrl key is depressed.

This isn't currently possible, but I've added it to our feature request list. We'll be sure to let you know if/when we're able to implement it in the future.
Thanks!

Goes with my suggestion about adding a separate task bar for the app rather than putting in notification area..
This way it's more visible.. agree with OP

I would also like the notifications to pop up in the center of the screen rather than as a notification in the lower right so it's more visible.
