Hello,

You are correct, that shouldn't cause any problems. That's the default install directory we have set, but you can can install it to C:\Progam Files if you would like. TrayStatus will run the correct version that your system is running when launched, and as long as it's in Program Files or Program Files (x86) it should be able to auto-elevate.

Thanks!

Hello everyone. I recently noticed the installer chooses by default to install to Program Files (x86) on 64-bit Windows.

Is there a particular reason for this? I know it doesn't really make any difference, but it's established convention for 64-bit programs to not go there. Task Manager confirms that TrayStatus is indeed 64-bit.

I assume it's not going to be a problem (e.g. with future updates) installing it in Program Files instead?
