I had a bug too, I hope you have the same because I solved mine.<br/>
I was unable to display CPU and hard drive activity, when I wanted to activate them, I had a message complaining about bad counters values (null values read).<br/>
So on the preference pane I ran the option "Counters correction" on the same section that the state indicators and since the problem has gone (at least whith the latest beta but I think it would have worked on the regular 4.5 version.
