Is there a way to show the caps lock status on the windows 10 welcome sreen ?

Let me explain:
I'm using a French keybord without a numeric keypad. To access numbers up the letters, I have to caps lock the keybord.
When the screen is locked I have to re-enter the pin code (so have the caps lock activated). So is there a way to know what the status is on that page ?
