It was two services not running and disabled.
After enabling, 'fixing' and rebooting the system I got a new message with [System.Exception], but CPU indicator appeared and is working. Switching it on and off doesn't bring any messages now.

Doing the following should fix them up:

• Open the TrayStatus Settings
• Click the Status Indicators tab
• Click the "Fix Performance Counters" button
• After it's done running the fix, restart TrayStatus

'Show Memory Usage' indicator is working without problems.
