The issue is being im usually at 4k my Windows 11 scaling is setup so 4k is usable for me. But in turn when I swap over to 1440 my icons are suddenly massive (or tiny in 5/6k.) So I am wondering is there a way I can adjust my windows scaling so my icons are of a more palatable size in these additional resolutions? I haven't run into that before. You could try disabling all other applications from startup, reboot, then re-test to see if it still happens. I believe that DisplayFusion should already be restoring the window, moving it, then maximizing it, so I'm surprised that the advanced setting to increase the timing between those steps didn't help. We'll definitely investigate further, it's a bit tricky without being able to reproduce the issue here.

Currently, I've set up two custom scripts for moving the windows to the previous/next monitor; if the window being moved is not full-screen, it's moved normally but if it's fullscreen, I've set it up so that it's first restored, then moved to the next/previous monitor and full-screened again after the move. That does seem resolve the issue I think although I've only had that running for a day - but perhaps it can be helpful in further pinpointing the issue. ]]>
